About Kurt

Kurt Allen has been helping people find a place called home for over seven years. Formerly part of the automotive industry, his move to real estate during the economic downturn of 2008 is actually something Kurt considers a lucky break.

Despite the declining numbers in the housing market at that time, Kurt’s drive and perseverance rewarded him with continued success. Getting started at such a rough time in the economy was incredibly challenging, but Kurt’s determination to become the expert in the Greater Indianapolis housing market and commitment to unmatched service led him to the success he enjoys today. Kurt thrives in an environment where he gets to work with people every day and loves his role of connecting families to the house of their dreams.

Kurt has received some of the highest rewards in the industry and is recognized as being one of the best in helping his clients buy or sell their home. His favorite part of the job is watching his clients experience the rewards of all his hard work.

Helping Families Come Out Ahead

A family came to me and wanted to put their house on the market.  After doing a thorough assessment, I was able to show them that investing in some home improvements would significantly raise the value of their home and they would be able to list it for much more money—far more than the cost of work.  They made the improvements, I listed the house and they had an offer within two weeks.

Bringing Families Closer

Some former clients contacted me when their Mother wanted to move into their neighborhood due to health concerns.  There were no homes on the market that met her needs.  Utilizing secret REALTOR underground marketing techniques (Ok, I sent out letters) I was able to find several homes that met her criteria.  Better yet, she got her dream home and the sellers never even had to put their home on the market.

The point here is that I want what is best for you and your family.  That may mean I have to ask you to make a few repairs before listing your house or that I go the extra mile to get you into your dream home.  But that’s what “Opening doors with uncommon Kurtesy” is all about!

How can I help you?
