Kurt Allen started The Kurt Allen Group in 2008. Formerly part of the automotive industry, his move to real estate during the economic downturn of 2008 is actually something Kurt considers a lucky break. Despite the declining numbers in the housing market at that time, Kurt’s drive and perseverance rewarded him with continued success. Getting started at such a rough time in the economy was incredibly challenging, but Kurt’s determination to become the expert in the Greater Indianapolis housing market and commitment to unmatched service led him to the success he enjoys today. Kurt has received some of the highest rewards in the industry and is recognized as being one of the best in helping his clients buy or sell their home. His favorite part of the job is watching his clients experience the rewards of all his hard work.
Kurt Allen completed his undergraduate at Ball State University and earned his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan. Kurt and his husband Chris are advocates of the urban lifestyle, always wanting to share the energy and life living Downtown with others. He’s passionate about helping others grow and seek their dreams. He is a proud father of two amazing kids, Craig and Sydney.
